Q1: Are you a factory or trade company?
A1: We are a factory with our own trading company.
Q2: What is the exact address of your factory?
A2: Our company is located at No.9 Kaixuan Ave West, Economic Zone, Quzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Q3: How long is your air compressor machine warranty?
A3: One year for the entire machine and two years for the screw air end, excluding consumable spare parts.
Q4: Will you provide some spare parts for the machines?
A4: Absolutely, we will.
Q5: What about the voltage of products? Can they be customized?
A5: Certainly, the voltage can be tailored to your specific requirements.
Q6: Which payment terms can you accept?
A6: We accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T against the B/L copy.
Q7: How long will it take to arrange production?
A7: For 380V 50HZ, delivery is within 7-15 days. For other electrical specifications or colors, expect delivery within 25-30 days.
Q8: What about maintenance?
A8: The first maintenance is due after 500 hours, followed by regular maintenance every 2000-3000 hours, adjusted for the actual environment.
Q9: Can you accept OEM orders?
A9: Absolutely! With the expertise of our professional design team, we enthusiastically welcome OEM orders to cater to your unique needs.
