A3: We offer a one-year warranty for the whole machine and a two-year warranty for the screw air end, excluding consumable spare parts.

Q5: What about the voltage of products? Can they be customized?
A5: Certainly, products can be customized to match your voltage requirements.


Q6: Which payment term can you accept?
A6: We accept 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% T/T against the B/L copy.


Q7: How long will you take to arrange production?
A7: For 380V 50HZ, we deliver within 7-15 days. For other specifications, delivery is within 25-30 days.


Q8. What about the maintenance?

A8: Initial maintenance is required after 500 hours, and subsequently every 2000-3000 hours, subject to the surrounding environment.
